7 Natural Body Scrub Recipes For Each Skin Type

Ever since I’ve started to manually exfoliate my body in the shower, every now and then, my skin has never felt so better. It literally glows from within. And the best part is, you can DIY them at home for cheap. Why is there a need to spend so much on artificial products? I find that homemade scrubs use much stronger exfoliants, and so perform better. There’s a ton of combinations that one can make. But, today I will be mentioning a few recipes that are essentially perfect, from what my experience leads me to believe.

A lot of the times people like to add flavourful extracts or essential oils for superficial reasons. They can make the product smell better. However, I like to skip on those as I feel it’s unnecessary. My skin is also unpredictable as to how it’ll react to unknown substances. Having said that, you can do whatever you prefer. Some add-ins that you can include are vanilla extract, citrus extract, lavender oil and chocolate.
